Training
Programma integra organizes training courses addressed at migrants and refugees and at social professionals.
It offers to migrants and refugees:
- Italian language courses;
- empowerment workshops aimed at offering to participants new tools for personal reflection and self-awareness;
- VET courses aimed at job placement also through the promotion of internships.
The courses are carried out within local, national and European projects.
For social professionals such as social workers, intercultural mediators, psychologists, educators, anthropologists, social assistants, Programma integra organizes courses and seminars on topics related to the world of migration and asylum, such as: legislation; social health issues; methodologies and tools for job orientation; problem solving; planning, budgeting and reporting of social inclusion interventions.
From the beginning of 2017, Programa integra has developed a training offer, collected in a Catalogue, structured in seminars characterized by a practical approach and focused on single topics.
Between 2018 and 2019 Programma integra has promoted and organized two editions of the course Resources and tools for social inclusion of refugees, a path of 98 hours organized in 7 training seminars, led by great experienced professors and social professionals. The training course was carried out in partnership with SPRAR and under the patronage of the UNHCR – United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
Programma integra, in partnership with LUMSA University and under the patronage of Save the Children, has promoted the course Working with foreign unaccompanied minors: theories and practices of reception and social inclusion, a 300 hours training course.
