Programma integra sviluppa e realizza interventi a favore di migranti e richiedenti e titolari di protezione internazionale, offrendo servizi di assistenza socio-legale, orientamento al lavoro, percorsi individuali e di gruppo di counseling, corsi di lingua italiana e di formazione professionale, servizi di mediazione linguistico-culturale, mediazione sociale in ambito abitativo e supporto all’autoimprenditorialità.
Gli interventi sono curati da un’equipe di professionisti del sociale che, con una metodologia modulare e integrata, individuano per ogni destinatario un insieme personalizzato di servizi e lo accompagnano nel suo percorso di autonomia sociale.
Completed Projects
The project, financed by the Ministry of the Interior through the FAMI Fund – Fund for Asylum, Migration, Integration, via a cultural-linguistic mediation service carried out in the area of responsibility of ASL Roma 1, aims to deal with the difficulties of using social-health services for disadvantaged people, migrants from Third Countries, victims of war, persecution and torture, and of intentional violence.
The project Re-center – Refugees One-Stop-Shop in Rome aims to increase and strengthen the inclusion opportunities for asylum seekers and refugees living in Rome, through the development of a One-Stop-Shop (OSS) model. The initiative is implemented by Programma integra with the support of UNHCR.
It is a project aimed at creating integrated, multi-action and tailored paths for full participation and social, economic and cultural inclusion of international protection beneficiaries in the Lazio Region. The project is funded by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund 2014-2020 (FAMI).
The service, financed by the Municipality of Velletri, through the establishment of a cultural-linguistic mediation desk, is aimed at improving the living conditions of foreign prisoners in order to facilitate their stay in the Velletri penitentiary.
The Internship Project for recipients of Reddito di cittadinanza is a project aimed at fostering vocational guidance and job placement of vulnerable people, through the activation of training internships assisted by scouting and tutoring services . The activities are funded by the Municipalities of Marino and Ciampino.
The purpose of the service is to facilitate and qualify access and use of services and benefits by third-country nationals in the Lazio Region and consists of support for communication and understanding of information, orientation and accompaniment interventions, and the definition and implementation of customized and integration programs with local, social, health and educational services. The Intercultural Mediation, Vocational Counseling and Scouting Service is part of the activities of the PRIMA IL LAVORO project, financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (FAMI), led by the Lazio Region – Regional Directorate for Education, Training and Labor in collaboration with Anci Lazio
Roma Capitale Department of Social Policies – Reception and Inclusion Directorate – U.O. Contrast social exclusion -Immigration Office, within the framework of the contribution of ANCI (in allocation of the 8X1000 quota), has launched a project aimed at supporting extraordinary interventions of integrated reception in behalf of applicants and holders of international protection and migrants in a condition of vulnerability living in Rome. Programma integra is the implementing entity in collaboration with the Immigration Office and the Sportello Unico Accoglienza Migranti of Roma Capitale.
The project Roma Accoglie – experimental service of “Tutor for Integration” aims to create at the city level the figure of the Tutor for Integration – involving the citizenship in first person in the reception of migrants and refugees, and providing training, and support for the creation of the figure of the Tutor, who will have the task of accompanying one or more beneficiaries with migratory background. The project is funded by Roma Capitale – Department of Social Policy and Health.
The project, funded by the Department of Social Policy of Rome Municipality, will work in continuity with the activities carried out during the year 2021 under the first part of the project aimed at supporting exit paths of Rome people living in the settlement in Via Cesare Lombroso (Municipality XIV), through the implementation of actions aimed at achieving progressive social, economic and housing inclusion.
Xing-Crossing Percorsi di inserimento per giovani migranti
The Xing-Crossing project aims at supporting and facilitating the inclusion pathways of unaccompanied foreign minors and youngsters who have just come of age (17-21 years old) received in Turin, Rome and Catania, with a particular attention at all the components of inclusion and integration such as the educational, training, welfare and social dimension. Xing – Crossing is co-funded Fondazione Cariplo, Compagnia di San Paolo, Fondazione CON IL SUD, Enel cuore, JPMorgan Chase Foundation, Fondazione Cassa di risparmio di Torino, Fondazione Cassa di risparmio di Cuneo, Fondazione Cassa di risparmio di Padova e Rovigo, Fondazione Monte dei paschi di Siena and Fondazione Peppino Vismara (european Programme EPIM ‘Never alone – Building our future with children and youth arriving in Europe’).
Management of the service of migrants reception at the Immigration office of Rome City Council
The service is designed as an orientation and assistance hub for the migrant population at the top of the Reception and Inclusion Management of Rome City Council. It incorporates functions of reception, listening, orientation and provision of consulting specialised services and project planning. The service is promoted by Rome City Council, Department of Social services, Subsidiarity and Health – Immigration office which supports the Protection System for Asylum Seekers and Refugees(SPRAR) and is funded by the Nation Fund for the Asylum Policies and Services (FNPSA).
The project to overcome the Roma camp in Via Cesare Lombroso, financed by the Roma Sinti and Camminanti Special Office of Roma Capitale, aims to support the exit paths of the guests of the settlement in Via Cesare Lombroso (Municipality XIV), through the implementation of actions aimed at achieving a progressive social, economic and housing inclusion.
Penisola che c’è intends to promote the integration process and autonomy of minors and young adults with foreign origin, including unaccompanied minors, through a multidimensional system of social, legal and psychological care and the building of strong links with the host community. The project is financed by the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
The project aims to create integrated pathways of social and labour integration for young migrants, based on the instrument of an “individual dowry” and a monetary one, which will allow the provision of a series of support services to enhance and develop the skills of the beneficiaries.
The cultural mediation service, commissioned by the Department of Tourism, Vocational Training and Employment of Roma Capitale, is provided inside three COL – Labor Orientation Centers of Rome Municipality and at the Vocational Training Centers that will host the courses carried out within the project funded by the Lazio Region “Prima il lavoro”, aimed at migrants and refugees with a regualr permit of stay, in our territory.
YMC-I intends to sustain and re inforce the activities for socio economical inclusion of migrants of Programma integra. It wants also prevent the loss of talents of young migrants and introducing new area of professionals training for migrants, such as a coding training. The project is funded by the King Baudouin Foundation (Belgium)
DIVERSE BUT NOT DISTANT – Principles held by Buddhist culture as a means of breaking down inner boundaries and making diversity a great enrichment
The project aims to contribute to the growth of a sense of belonging to a global community, promote knowledge among people from different cultures, foster the spread of the concept of diversity as a value. The activities take place in Rome, Milan and Naples and are based on three universal principles of the Buddhist culture: empathy, interdependence and non-violence.
The project is funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation.
The RTI Spes contra spem with Programma integra and Cooperative F.A.I. has been awarded the management of the Apartment groups called “G.A. Colombi 3 and G.A. Colombi 4 ”located in via dei Colombi 190 Rome. The two G.A. can accommodate 20 minors alone with the aim of supporting them in planning and realizing their future, developing their potential. The planning will be oriented towards the integration of the accepted minor in an independent and relational life path within the system beyond the structure. The complex of Via dei Colombi is owned by Roma Capitale and includes over 3 apartment groups, 2 reception centers and two communities for the disabled people.
Training and supervision course for social and public workers involved in the migrant services
The project aims at to strengthen the skills and improve the knowledge of public and social workers involved in the services addressed to migrants, asylum seekers and refugees. The project is financed by the fund ‘Municipalities of the Lazio Region that adhere to SPRAR – The Protection System for Asylum Seekers and Refugees’.
Percorsi 2 – Labour integration for unaccompained minors (Integrazione socio-lavorativa per minori stranieri non accompagnati)
The project aims at the development of integrated pathways for socio-economic inclusion of young migrants, in order to support them in the enhancement of their skills and competences.
The initiative is promoted by ANPAL Servizi S.p.a. on behalf of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies – General Directorate of Immigration and integration policies (CUP: I56D15000350001 ”Funded with PON INCLUSION – FSE 2014-2020”).
NEVER ALONE – Reception and support of unaccompanied minors and young foreigners who arrive to Italy alone
The NEVER ALONE project aims at supporting unaccompanied foreign minors and youngsters who have just come of age (17-19 years old) received in Turin, Rome and Catania, with specific training courses and pathways of working and social autonomy, with a particular attention at all the components of inclusion and integration such as the educational, training, welfare and social dimension. FARI – Train Assist Rehabilitate Integrate
The FARI project, developed under the 2014 – 2020 Asylum Migration and Integration Fund, aims at providing effective answers to the physical and psychological needs of asylum seekers and international protection holders (minors included) living on the regional territory, through trial of healthy innovative and integrated models of intervention.
The PRILS LAZIO project was funded by AMIF – Asylum Migration and Integration Fund and it is aimed at guaranteeing social and linguistic integration of foreign third-countries nationals living our regional territory. Within its framework, Programma integra has promoted 4 Italian language courses in Rome, level A1 and A2, aimed at migrants and refugees citizens, residing on our territory.
IPOCAD – Action 4 Promotion of an active involvement of migrants in the economic, social and cultural life, also through promotion of associations
IPOCAD project, co-funded by the European Commission and by the Ministries of Labour and Social services under the AMIF – Asylum Migration and Integration Fund 2014-2020, plans to promote actions, in order to achieve a successful governance of the labour and integration policies, which takes into account the peculiarity of migration and the local labour market. In particular, the IPOCAD project – action 4 aims at encouraging the participation of foreign citizens to the social and public life and at raising awareness within the reception community to facilitate acquaintance and mutual respect.
Service of linguistic and cultural mediation at the Immigration office at the prefecture of Rome
The service of linguistic and cultural mediation is one of the activities provided for by the project PRILS – Plan for the Social and Linguistic Integration, funded under the AMIF – Asylum Migration and Integration Fund. The PRILS project is intended to guarantee the linguistic and social integration of foreign citizens, minors included, coming from third Countries and residing on the regional territory. It provides for the increase of training services aimed at promoting knowledge and respect of the Integration agreement.
Servizio di mediazione linguistico-culturale presso lo Sportello Unico per l’Immigrazione della Prefettura di Roma
Il servizio di mediazione linguistico–culturale è una delle attività previste dal progetto PRILS – Piano di Integrazione Linguistica e Sociale, finanziato nell’ambito del FAMI – Fondo Asilo Migrazione e Integrazione. Il progetto PRILS è volto a garantire l’integrazione linguistica e sociale dei cittadini stranieri, anche di minore età, provenienti da Paesi terzi e residenti nel territorio regionale e prevede l’incremento di servizi formativi e mirati a promuovere la conoscenza e il rispetto del patto previsto dall’Accordo di integrazione attraverso la formazione, l’informazione e la mediazione linguistica culturale.

Friendly hospital for migrant women project – health has no race seeks to facilitate access and use of health care services for migrant women, through the activation of organisational and welfare processes, aimed at guaranteeing the principle of inclusion, as well as improving the quality of health care assistance. The project is co-funded by TIM foundation.
PRILS LAZIO – Piano di Integrazione Linguistica Sociale – Corsi di lingua italiana
Il progetto PRILS LAZIO è finanziato dal FAMI – Fondo Asilo Migrazione e Integrazione ed è finalizzato a garantire l’integrazione linguistica e sociale dei cittadini stranieri provenienti da Paesi terzi e soggiornanti nel territorio regionale. Nel suo ambito Programma integra ha promosso a Roma 4 corsi di lingua italiana di livello A1 e A2 rivolti a cittadini migranti e rifugiati, residenti sul territorio. Lotto 1 – Municipio I e III del Comune di Roma Capitale.
Servizio di mediazione linguistico-culturale presso l’Azienda Ospedaliera San Camillo – Forlanini di Roma
Il servizio intende supportare le Unità Operative dell’Azienda Ospedaliera San Camillo-Forlanini di Roma nel rispondere ai bisogni dei cittadini con differenti background etnici e culturali, attraverso l’ausilio della mediazione linguistico-culturale, con prestazioni strutturate ad hoc per assolvere alle esigenze del centro ospedaliero romano.
Gestione del Centro cittadino per le migrazioni, l’asilo e l’integrazione sociale
Il Centro cittadino per le migrazioni, l’asilo e l’integrazione sociale di Roma Capitale è uno spazio polifunzionale dedicato ai temi della migrazione, della protezione internazionale, dell’inclusione sociale e dell’accoglienza, finanziato dal Dipartimento Politiche Sociali, Sussidiarietà e Salute . Al suo interno Programma integra gestisce i servizi a supporto dei processi di integrazione di migranti e rifugiati, organizza corsi di formazione per migranti e operatori del settore, convegni, seminari e attività di sensibilizzazione, gestisce le sale convegno e la segreteria del Registro pubblico dei mediatori linguistico-culturali, realizza il magazine di informazione sui temi della migrazione e l’asilo all’interno del sito programmaintegra.it.

‘Civico zero’ work scholarships 2015
‘Civico zero’ work scholarships 2015 is a project funded by the Social Cooperative ‘Civico Zero’ in collaboration with Save the Children – Italy, aimed at improving the direct knowledge of the world of work and promoting employment integration of foreign unaccompanied minors and young adults, including Roma children, through apprenticeship training opportunities.
Homefull
The project’s aim is to devise an innovative model of ‘generational encounter’, between young foreigners and italian elder people. The final objective is to experiment a co-housing path. Homefull is financed by Lazio region – Social policies, Security and Sport, area ‘Social Enterprise and Civil Service’ – Public Notice ‘Innova You: the new challenge of social innovation’.

Attivazione nel Lazio di presìdi operativi territoriali e servizi di mediazione interculturale – Roma e Viterbo
Le azioni di PRILS hanno l’obiettivo di contribuire al consolidamento dell’azione di sistema per l’attuazione del Piano Regionale di formazione linguistica, culturale e civica dei cittadini di Paesi terzi attraverso l’ attivazione nel Lazio di presìdi operativi territoriali e servizi di mediazione interculturale. I lotti di competenza sono quelli di: Viterbo (SUI – Sportello Unico per l’Immigrazione) e Roma 1 (CTP 2, CTP 4, CTP 5, CTP 20). The service of training, orientation and support for enterprise’s creation in the agricultural and food sector for third-country nationals is an activity realized in range of SOFIIA 3, a project managed by the Ministry of Agricultural Policy, financed by the European Commission and Italian Ministry of Interior under the European Fund for the Integration of Third-Country Nationals (AP 2013). The service is managed by: Cooperativa Agricoltura Capodarco, Programma integra s.c.s., Fondazione Roma Solidale, Associazione Capodarco Roma Formazione Onlus.
“Adottiamoci” project
The project is funded by Municipality III of the City of Rome with the contributions provided for by Law 285/97 containing “Provisions for the promotion of rights and opportunities for childhood and adolescence”. The purpose of this project is to test an innovative model of “Intergenerational meeting” between elderly residents in situations of solitude and fragility and young foreigners, combining each other’s needs in the pursuit of mutual well-being, through apprenticeship training opportunities such as “Meals on Wheels”.
AMAR project – Social mediation agency in the field of housing
AMAR is a project financed by the European Commission and Italian Ministry of Interior under the European Fund for the Integration of Third-Country Nationals (AP 2012). The project aims to create a Housing Mediation Agency to provide social mediation services in the field of housing, supporting immigrants’ economic and social inclusion and promoting peaceful coexistence among communities living in apartment blocks.

The project is funded by the National Fund for Migration Policies, 2011 – Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare through “Italia Lavoro”. SITI project – Integrated services and interaction through technology
The project is in its second year and is financed by the Italian Ministry of Interior and the European Commission under the European Fund for the Integration of Third-Country Nationals – EIF (AP 2010). The initiative involves the creation of a team of mediators to help overcome language barriers thanks to the video calling technology.
Re-StartUp – National network for the creation of cooperatives of beneficiaries of international protection vulnerable – Module 2
The project is carried out in partnership with six Italian cities and is financed by the Italian Ministry of Interior and the European Commission under the European Refugee Fund. The main aim is to actively promote economic and social inclusion of beneficiaries of international protection vulnerable, with particular attention to women, through business training courses and coaching to start-up cooperatives. Module 2 is the continuation of the activities launched in 2012-2013 with Module 1.
Sistema cittadino della mediazione interculturale
Il progetto, finanziato dal Ministero dell’Interno nell’ambito del Fondo Europeo per l’Integrazione di Cittadini di Paesi Terzi annualità 2010 e di cui Programma integra è partner, prevede la creazione di un’equipe di mediatori – provenienti dagli iscritti al Registro pubblico di mediatori interculturali di Roma Capitale – che attraverso lo strumento della videochiamata rispondono alle richieste di facilitazione linguistica dei servizi dei Municipi di Roma Capitale.
MIRS2 – Mediazioni e Interazioni delle Reti Sociali
Il progetto, finanziato dalla Provincia di Viterbo, si è posto l’obiettivo di consolidare l’attività di rete realizzata attraverso gli sportelli di mediazione interculturale attivati nell’annualità 2008 (MIRS) nel territorio di Viterbo e provincia. L’intervento ha inteso ampliare l’esperienza del progetto MIRS introducendo quale elemento innovativo lo sviluppo di un sistema formativo rivolto a operatori istituzionali, del privato sociale e di Programma integra.
LIFT project – Work, Immigration and Training
LIFT is a project funded by “Italia Lavoro”, a Technical Agency of the Italian Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare with the aim to promote employment and active labour policies. The initiative aims to implement measures and services for the employment of non-EU immigrants, in particular applicants and beneficiaries of international protection. Among its main objectives are improvement of employment and social conditions and the fight against exploitation, illegal work and social exclusion.
Percorsi
Il progetto Percorsi, cofinanziato dalla Fondazione Carivit, ha sviluppato un’azione di sostegno all’inclusione sociale delle comunità migranti presenti nella città di Viterbo attraverso la realizzazione di due attività principali: uno sportello di assistenza e consulenza socio-legale finalizzato alla risoluzione delle pratiche burocratiche e amministrative; due corsi integrati di lingua italiana che hanno previsto accanto allo studio dell’italiano, l’educazione civica e l’approfondimento delle norme che regolano il vivere comune in Italia.
Programma Retis – Rete di inclusione sociale
Programma Retis è un programma strutturale di Roma Capitale – Assessorato Promozione dei Servizi Sociali, coordinato per la sua prima fase da Programma integra e dedicato alla promozione dei processi d’inclusione sociale delle persone che vivono in condizione di marginalità. Obiettivo dell’iniziativa è connettere i bisogni e fabbisogni delle persone più vulnerabili in termini di accesso e permanenza nel mondo del lavoro con il sistema delle opportunità territoriali (formazione e lavoro).
LIA – Laboratori per l’Integrazione e l’Autonomia
Il progetto LIA – Laboratori per l´Integrazione e l´Autonomia, finanziato dal Ministero dell’Interno nell’ambito del Fondo Europeo per i Rifugiati annualità 2009, ha previsto l’attivazione di azioni di supporto e interventi di integrazione socio-economica rivolti a minori stranieri non accompagnati – Msna – richiedenti e titolari di protezione internazionale.
MIRS – Mediazioni e Interazioni delle Reti Sociali
Il progetto MIRS – Mediazioni e Interazioni delle Reti Sociali, finanziato dalla Provincia di Viterbo, ha inteso realizzare un’offerta organica di servizi per la coesione sociale, l’integrazione operativa e la convergenza organizzativa tra i soggetti del privato sociale e le istituzioni locali che si occupano dei bisogni dei cittadini migranti e rifugiati. Questo sistema di servizi integrati si è basato sulla gestione del servizio di mediazione interculturale per l’Assessorato alle Politiche sociali della Provincia di Viterbo e, al contempo, sul miglioramento delle competenze dei mediatori interculturali.
La Fabbrica dei Mestieri
Il progetto “La Fabbrica dei Mestieri”, finanziato dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali, promosso dal Dipartimento Promozione dei Servizi Sociali e della Salute del Comune di Roma e realizzato da Programma integra, ha inteso sperimentare un modello d’intervento innovativo e percorsi integrati multidisciplinari di formazione-lavoro nel settore edile per un gruppo di 30 rom rumeni adulti residenti nei campi autorizzati dall’Ente locale, con il fine di stimolare processi di autonomia dei partecipanti e di promuovere nuove modalità di gestione e di manutenzione dei campi.
Progetto “Installatori e manutentori impianti solari”
Il progetto “Installatore e manutentore di impianti solari”, realizzato dall’ATS “Cefme-Reseda-Programma integra” nell’ambito del programma di interventi a favore dell’inclusione sociale, promosso dalla Provincia di Roma, ha realizzato un intervento formativo specialistico per un gruppo di 30 rom rumeni adulti residenti nei campi autorizzati dal Comune di Roma, beneficiari del progetto La Fabbrica dei Mestieri.
STEPS – Sistemi e Tecniche Educative e Pedagogiche per Stranieri
Il progetto STEPS, finanziato dal Ministero dell’Interno nell’ambito del Fondo Europeo per l’Integrazione di Cittadini di Paesi terzi annualità 2007, si è posto l’obiettivo di integrare il percorso formativo del minore straniero attraverso il rafforzamento della competenza linguistica – dalla scuola primaria alla secondaria di I grado – ponendo particolare attenzione alla creazione di spazi di incontro e scambio fra giovani coetanei e sostenendo, al contempo, i genitori immigrati nel rapporto con le istituzioni scolastiche e la comunità.
POST – Persone Operatori Sistemi Territoriali
Il progetto POST – Persone Operatori Sistemi Territoriali, gestito da Programma integra e finanziato dal Ministero dell’Interno nell’ambito del Fondo Europeo per i Rifugiati annualità 2010, si rivolge a richiedenti e titolari di protezione internazionale vittime di violenza e tortura con interventi di presa in carico che integrano assistenza socio-legale e medico-psicologica con misure di integrazione socio-economica quali l’orientamento lavorativo e l’erogazione di attività di formazione.
