The project addresses situations of marginalization and guides vulnerable citizens towards personalized housing solutions, fostering stable relationships with social services and local institutions. The proposed solutions include temporary accommodation, rent support, and co-housing projects in various types of apartments, including those provided by public entities or the third sector. This project is implemented by the ATS consortium composed of CivicoZero Onlus and Programma integra, the ATS consortium composed of Cooperativa Roma Solidarietà and Psyplus, and the Cooperativa Sociale Ambiente e Lavoro (AeL).

Through the work of a multidisciplinary team, the project aims to support individuals in situations of vulnerability by structuring assistance and support pathways designed to strengthen the socio-economic and housing autonomy of each beneficiary.

- Initiation of co-housing pathways
- Implementation of housing-first approaches
- Establishment of a Social Housing Agency
- Creation of an observatory for the Social Housing Agency
- Launch of training and employment pathways
